Community work is grounded in respectful relationships with others — in seeing “others” as part of our common purpose.  Foundational to this process is the inclusion of multiple and diverse others. We must learn from, involve, and embrace one another in this work. This training will give you practical information about how to understand culture, establish relationships with people from cultures different from your own, act as an ally against racism and other forms of discrimination, create anti-racist organizations in which diverse groups can work together and build strong and diverse communities.
